Eddie and Aaron know the home selling process very well and pay close attention to details. They helped me sell two properties. The first property was a rental property in Smyrna which was a challenge because there were so many similar homes for sale. Even in a tough market, Eddie and Aaron used there marketing knowledge to make my property stand out, which resulted in plenty of traffic, offers and a sold house. The second property was my home in Atlanta, which was only on the market for a week before we had a great offer. After a few days of negotiating, we had a contract, and closed two weeks later.
