Customize your lead generation, consultation and servicing materials to match your style, personality and strengths. This in-depth course qualifies as your 25-hour post-license course, which is required by the Georgia Real Estate Commission to be completed in the first year of licensure.
This initial training provides the foundation for the start of your career. More advanced courses are offered at the local, regional and national levels as you progress.
As a new agent, you will be eligible for profit sharing just like any other agent. This provides a great opportunity to diversify your income, as you will not be solely reliant on your commission income. From 1997 to September of 2005, the company paid over $100 million to its agents in profit sharing. The profit sharing in the company is growing so quickly that it is projected that over $50 million will be paid in profit sharing in 2005.
