First-time Homebuyer Tax Credit

Keller Williams Realty will be holding a special Open House this afternoon from 1-5pm to discuss the newly enacted first-time homebuyer tax credit worth up to $8,000.

With home prices dropping, interest rates at historically low rates and now the $8,000 first-time homebuyer tax credit, you will never find a better time to purchase a home than right now.

To qualify for the $8,000 tax credit, you must purchase the home between January 1, 2009 and November 30, 2009.

During the open house today, we’ll cover some of the finer points of the tax credit and talk about the home-buying process. This will be a great opportunity to come and see if you qualify and ask questions about becoming a homeowner.
